Niche Homes built the duplex that we live in. We are satisfied with the overall quality of construction and service. Any small issues that have arisen were promptly dealt with and up to and past the builder warranty period.
We recently moved into a new spec home with garage suite that Niche Homes built. The process of selling and buying was not as stressful as we thought it would be. Niche Homes was able to sell our home in a week and have us take possession of the new home at a date convenient for everyone. We love the house and Niche is also completing the basement for us.
