At Niche Homes we design, develop, and build infill homes, duplexes and garage suites. Growth is important to any developing economy, and one of the ways we contribute to this form of expansion in Edmonton is through residential development in mature neighborhoods. Mature neighborhoods are often times overlooked as a viable option to developing new homes due to logistics in cost, design, and availability of land. Niche homes saw a need to help transform these vibrant communities that possessed vacant, derelict and abandoned properties. This redevelopment can significantly increase property values in the area, contribute to growth and prevent that urban sprawl that can take away from the core area of a established city or community.
If you have a specific community where you would like to live and have discussed the idea of building a new home, Niche Homes would appreciate the opportunity to assist in the process. We work with a group of real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, designers and contractors to help build your new home. Our streamlined process consists of an initial consultation, financing details, design, permits, and construction and project management. Niche Homes can also assist in the sale of your current home, and can arrange for a seamless move into your new home when completed.

- Quality exterior materials ranging from vinyl siding to Hardie plank/panel, Acrylic stucco (EIFS system), metal roofing and cedar siding.
